- What you tapped when it broke
- Whether you can still open Home / Train
Request a missing lift from inside the app (Train → swap a lift → Request a lift) or name it in the email.
Lost phone: if you never exported a backup, that log lived only on the device. Export from Progress when you can, and keep the file somewhere you control.
