Who we are

Body LVL is a fitness logging app provided by an individual trading as Body LVL. Contact: hello@bodylvl.app.

What the app stores

Workouts, lifts, bodyweight entries, muscle XP, programmes and settings are saved on your device (for example iOS/Android app storage). We do not require an account. We do not operate a Body LVL login server in the current version.

If you use Export / Backup, that file is created on your device. You choose where to send it (Files, email, iCloud, Drive). We do not receive a copy unless you email it to us for support.

What we do not collect

No advertising ID for ads — there are no ads.
No sale of training data.
No public feed, followers or leaderboard.
No requirement to connect Apple Health, wearables or social accounts.

This website

The site is a static page. We do not run a marketing pixel. If the host (for example Cloudflare) writes standard server logs (IP, browser, page requested), that is their infrastructure log, kept to run the site, not to profile gym users.

App Store / Google Play

When you download or pay through Apple or Google, those companies process the purchase under their own policies. We only see aggregated payout reports, not your card details.

If you contact us

Emails to hello@bodylvl.app include whatever you write (and your address). We use that only to reply and then delete threads we no longer need.

How to delete your data

Delete the app. That removes the on-device log. Also delete any backup files you saved yourself. There is no Body LVL cloud account to close in this version.

Children

Body LVL is aimed at adults who train. It is not directed at children under 16.

UK GDPR

Because current app data stays on your phone, we are not running a cloud profile of you. If a later version adds optional backup to our servers, this page will be updated before that ships, and you will be asked to opt in.

Changes

We will change the date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes will also be noted in the app store listing where required.
